DuroStar DS4850EH Dual Fuel portable generator is designed as a powerful user-friendly unit that provides 4,850 watts of power using gas or liquid propane. Perfect for running household appliances and providing power to the jobsite. This Dual Fuel unit will keep you powered at home, at work, and at play. EPA and CARB approved for use in all 50 states, the DS4850EH offers the freedom and flexibility of fuel choice. Compared to gasoline, liquid propane lasts longer, costs less, has a longer storage life and won’t gum up the carburetor. The generator’s flexible line allows you to hook up to any size propane tank. The DS4850EH features an electric “rocker start” and easy recoil pull start. This unit is durable enough for construction sites and super portable, perfect for tailgating or camping. 4,850 watts provides the power to run lights, TVs, a refrigerator, or any other necessary item during a power outage. The power panel features a volt meter, circuit breakers, low oil indicator, and DuroMax’s exclusive MX2 RV switch that harnesses the generators full power, by combining the two 15-amp 120-volt circuits into one 30-amp circuit, doubling 120-volt power for heavy loads like commercial power tools, electric pumps, small air conditioners, and your RV’s demanding power needs. Engine noise is reduced by a super quiet muffler and cushioned 4-point motor mounts, allowing for relatively quiet usage in public areas like campgrounds, parking lots, and parks. Idle control automatically lowers the RPM’s when the generator is not in use, reducing noise and saving fuel. Flat, semi-solid tires make for smooth and easy transportation. Like all DuroStar generators, this unit is built with all copper windings, that will last for years, and is covered by a 3-year factory warranty.
