Speaking of focus, move to video recording and switch to Cinematic mode to let the A15 bionic chip’s Neural Engine take the reins. This machine learning miniature brain analyzes the scene and focuses naturally on the subject, then switches the focal point as the scene changes. Shoot within a shallow depth of field in HD (1080 p) too. Alternatively, record video at 4K and play it back later on a larger screen to see the most intimate, intricate details.
